When it comes to protein snacks we have the usual meats and dairy but I was super over my kids saying we had no snacks they liked and also feeling like I had to go to the store constantly so I did an amazon haul. The kids are well versed in the fact that they need to balance their snacks and I'll say grab something with protein and even Tucker who is 5 usually knows that that entails. After that or along with it they can choose some of the less amazing in terms of nutrition kids fav snacks which I also loaded up on. We have no limit on whole fruits they can have other then we need to share and not eat the entire container of raspberries in on sitting without sharing :)

Here are some of our favs that I thought I would share with you. The titles are linked to the ones I bought on amazon. I am sure you can find many of these as costco or other local stores too.

All kids like the Quest Protein chips and these top the charts for me in terms of protein count. They like the chili lime flavor and I will say I find these to be pretty spicy but all the kids like them. I also like the loaded taco flavor a lot.

Quest also has some yummy protein bars that we like. I really like the cookie dough flavor and Tucker like the oreo bars.

Almonds, cashews and peanuts are a good source of healthy fats and protein. These cashew grab packs have 8 grams of protein and the only Ingredients are; cashews, sea salt and peanut oil.

These are liked by 2 out of 3 of my kids so I call that a win.I also have been known to add my meal replacement shake into my oatmeal to make it an even more protein packed breakfast for me.

These are the favorite bar of my big. But now that I got them I lerned she only like the blue variety so better to just get that box then the mix pack. But I like the yellow ones and Tucker liked them too so we were good on that.

These are also liked by 2 out of 3 kids and I love that they have 7 grams of protein per pack.

These are mostly liked by Tucker and I but still are nice as an on the go option which features fats and protein.

I mostly got this for me but I occasionally give it to the kids too. It can add protein to your smoothies or even yogurt.

What are some of your go to snacks? And better yet that your kids will eat, haha.
